	This will be a hasty post, I'm pressed for time and I want to sneak this in before UFC 109, also there is a mosquito biting me. This is the finals of UFC 10: The Tournament, between Don "The Predator" Frye and Mark "The Hammer" Coleman way back in 1996. Each man destroyed two fighters earlier that night to advance to the finals. Coleman actually wins this fight, and the tournament, by stunning Frye with a headbutt from side mount. As a result the headbutt would be banned, Coleman's revolutionary wrestling-fueled positioning combined with relentless striking from top control would bring "ground-and-pound" to the state of the art.
